Car info: My car has been sitting too much and this spring when I took it out for a drive it noticed this issue. The car has a boost controller and blow off valves otherwise is mostly stock. Symptom: With the boost controller off (7psi) boost builds normally until 7 psi then the engine backfires and bogs. The symptom is the same at every other setting, pulls good until it reaches the point that it should open the wastegates. Steps I have already taken: I tried to do a boost leak test and found that the air leaks out faster than I can put it in. I pulled the oil fill cap and I hear the air leaking in that area and no where else. I pulled the lines to the wastegates and checked that they open properly and the lines are tight. Also checked and tightened all intake bolts. The only thing I can figure is the PCV valves are stuck? I would appreciate any diagnostic steps I can take to isolate the problem. Thanks in advance
